Introducing Stables Tearoom at Kirroughtree

The Stables Tearoom at Kirroughtree sits on the A75, 50 miles west of Dumfries and 25 miles east of Stranraer and 3 miles east of Newton Stewart.

Kirroughtree is one of the 7Stanes Mountain Bike Centres and is hugely popular with bikers from all over the country and as we are situated just at the junction on the A75 turnoff to the Centre, we are a natural stop off for breakfast, lunch or evening meal for the mountain bike fraternity.

We are open 7 days a week, 9 am until 6 pm during the season and open for our Tuesday Night Riders between approx 9 pm and 10 pm for a meal and get together after their rideout. Although Tuesday is the only night we currently open in the evening, any other groups of 8 plus who would like to meet weekly for a set meal should get in touch.

The Stables offers homebaking, home cooking, high tea, homemade pies and pasties, fresh gourmet coffee, disabled facilities, outdoor seating, a large rear carpark and is dog friendly.

In addition, for sale we have a selection of homemade jams and chutneys, free range eggs, tealoafs, cakes and traybakes, homemade pies and pasties to take home and enjoy.
